Reflection as teachers: Our critical developments

This study utilized Self-Study of Practice methodology to examine stories our teacher development explore the role reflection in helping us grapple with challenging experiences teaching. Through emergent coding and collaborative analysis, we how critically impacts trajectory practicing teachers. Our subsequent discussion reveal recurring themes that suggest practices, attitudes, skills reflective teachers implement improve their understanding teacher-self influence positive student outcomes.
